We use state-of-the-art equipment and technology to ensure that our projects are completed safely and efficiently. The machines and or equipment is rental base daily with hourly rates for the operator. Hourly rates dictate on size of project and time. Kroft services is fully insured and documented accordingly to provincial regulation and business requirements.
Excavating Services for Residential and Commercial Projects
Site Preparation
We offer site preparation services for new construction projects, including clearing, grading, and excavation. Our team has the equipment and expertise to handle any site preparation needs for your residential or commercial project.
Foundation Excavation
We specialize in excavation of foundations, footings for garages and additional buildings, preparing ground involving trenching and exposure of base concrete structure to provide easy access to water proof your basement.
Septic System Installation
We provide excavation for septic system installation services for residential and commercial properties. Our team will work with you to ensure proper install of your septic holding storage and that it meets your needs and complies with local regulations.
Landscaping
We offer landscaping services, including excavation for retaining walls, ponds, and other landscaping features. Our team can help you design and create a beautiful outdoor space for your home or business.
Agricultural
We provide drainage solutions for farm properties involving ditch and culvert rehabs. For large animal containment we provide posthole installation. Kroft services also provides excavation of new manure storage facility and open silage pit in accordance to clients request.
Railway and Utilities
With 13 years of railway experience in the operation of heavy equipment, Kroft services can provide trenching duties for cable installation including track digs. We also provide excavation of trench to accomodate cables in ground and fibre optic. The assurance of proper trench profile and depth is gauranteed 100% to avoid any confliction with other cable. Kroft services will also provide one call locates to ensure all existing cable inground is marked and measured for depth to avoid any damage. This is included in our pre site overview upon clients request.
Demolition
We offer demolition services for residential properties. Our team can safely demolish and remove any structure, including houses, garages. We ensure the site is removed of all material and provide ground prep to avoid any contamination.
